TIRANA, April 19/ATA/ The Independent Qualification Commission dismissed on Monday Prosecutor of Tirana Regional Prosecution Office, Kole Hysenaj.
This morning, the Commission trial panel that vetted Hysenaj, Pamela Qirko, Olsi Komici and Firdes Shuli, notified Hysenaj of his dismissal.
Kole Hysenaj started his career in the justice system in 1997 and worked for more than two decades as a prosecutor in the Prosecution Offices of Lushnja, Kavaja and Tirana. Hysenaj was the prosecutor of the case against the former mayor of Vora, Agim Kajmaku, in the court of the capital.
The first vetting hearing on Hysenaj started in September 2020, but was postponed until the Commission reopened the investigation against him. After the second administrative investigation, Hysenaj came out to have problems with the property criterion. /j.p/p.s./
