TIRANA, April 18 /ATA/ Military Meteo Service reports that overcast skies with clear spells later in the day is forecast for Sunday.
Scattered showers will prevail in the morning hours. At noon the rainfall will decrease.
The wind will blow from the northeast-northwest direction lightly and moderately triggering waves of Force 3-4.
