TIRANA, April 12 /ATA/- The Regulatory Commission approved at today’s meeting an amendment to decision no. 11, dated 25.03.2021 “On the manner of establishment, organization, functioning of the Voting Center Commissions (VCCs) and the conduct of elections in the Voting Center (VC).
The Regulatory Commission also approved the Voting Center Commission guideline.
The guideline aims to help VCCs members where the knowledge, understanding and mastery of the procedures provided, will affect the increase of the professional and administrative level of VCCs members, the solution through professionalism, impartiality and effectiveness to all problems encountered during the exercise of duty.
The guideline also aims at the good administration of the electoral process and the legal implementation of functional duties by VCs commissioners, in accordance with the Electoral Code and other bylaws of the CEC. //a.i/
