TIRANA, April 5 /ATA/ – Health workers are set to see their wages increase again by 40%, whereas the public administration worker will receive a 30% hike of their salaries over the next four years, Prime Minister Edi Rama said on Monday.
The government head told a campaign event in Korça said that the 2021-2025 Action Plan of the Socialist Party entails another 40% pay hike for health workers and 30% for public administration workers.
“For the wages of the private sector workers, we plan to support sectors of the country’s economy,” Rama said.
“We work hard. We believe that we can transform this country through hard work,” he added.
