TIRANA, March 16/ATA/ Prime Minister Edi Rama stated today that “During the third governance term it will be put an end to schooling with 2 shifts due to the absence of the classrooms”.
In the presentation of the Action Plan for the years 2021-2025 on education, Rama said that, “The experience of distance learning will become the basis for closing collective classes, while we will strengthen the program of personalized courses”.
Also, Rama said that Albania 2030 will be the place where prominent public universities of friendly countries will be integrated in our public higher education system.
“This is one of the most difficult dreams and challenges, but that is why this government was created and works,” Rama said.
He stressed that Istanbul Technical University, one of the most prestigious in the world will be just the first swallow of this national project. You can also study at the American Academy of Defense, the Italian Police Academy without having to leave Albania and where the doors will be open to foreign students.
Also, Rama said that, “The vision of Albania 2030 requires not only schools with optimal conditions, but also a new profile of the school headmaster”.
He stressed that, “We have started to address this problem with the School of Directors, a consolidated international model that has been installed in Albania and is being implemented step by step.”
“By 2025, all school principals will be licensed,” said Rama./p.s./
