TIRANA, March 16 /ATA/-The Chairman of the Democratic Party Lulzim Basha held a meeting today with the citizens in Shkodra, where he stated that the DP when in government will subsidize the tuition fee 100%.
In conversation with an art student, on the interest of young people in tuition fees, Basha promised that, “We shall remove the problem of fees as an obstacle for students whether at the bachelor or master level.”
“In our program we have provided that for all those who come from families with under 64 thousand Lek incomes and we will subsidize 100% the fee. 90% of students will benefit. There will be no Shkodra, Vlora or Albanian student to be left without school due to fees”, he said
Basha added that, “Education is a priority, so we will subsidize the fees and remove a heavy burden from the families who cannot afford to pay the university fees”.
“We will promote talent and excellence. We have a complete plan for the education that has been drafted with the best local and foreign experts and the main beneficiaries will be students because they are the future of the country because they are the main shareholders of European Albania that we will build together, but first we must “remove Edi Rama”, he said./p.s./
