TIRANA, March 12/ATA/-The Agricultural and Rural Development Agency (ARDA) announced on Friday that, in the first two calls under the IPARD II program, payments have been delivered to 176 people, of which 92 full payments and 84 prepayments.
Meanwhile, during 2020, 1.3 billion ALL have been provided through European Union funds in co-financing with the Albanian government under the IPARD program.
The objectives include the implementation of European integration policies and agricultural and rural development programs in order to achieve national strategic objectives for achieving European standards in support of farmers and agri-processing enterprises, in accordance with the legislation in force on agriculture and rural development.
ARDA complies with and implements national and EU technical standards for the execution payments under IPARD Program.
In 2020 ARDA has concluded 185 contracts (call 1 included 61 contracts and call 2 included 124 contracts), which have been registered in accordance with the Procedures Manual. //a.i/
