TIRANA, March 10/ATA/- The Independent Qualification Commission held today a hearing session with the subject of re-evaluation Irida Kacerja, judge at the Shkodra Judicial District Court / candidate for the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime.
The jury composed of Etleda Çiftja; Valbona Sanxhaktari, Genta Tafa Bungo, after reviewing the facts and evidence for the subject of re-evaluation, Irida Kacerja, judge at the Shkodra Judicial District Court, decided to make an announcement on the decision on March 16.
Kacerja graduated from the School of Magistrates in 2008. From 2007 to 2012 she served as a judge in the Shkodra Judicial District Court. From 2012 until 2015, Kacerja worked as a legal advisor in the High Court, while after 2015 she returned to the Shkodra Court. The subject of the re-evaluation is a candidate for the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime./p.s./
