TIRANA, March 9/ATA/- The Taxation Administration announced on Tuesday that, all taxpayers who are temporarily in a difficult financial situation that the law “On tax procedures in the Republic of Albania” gives them the right to pay in installments an unpaid tax liability.
Taxation Administration informed that, taxpayers should address to the director of the Regional Taxation Directorate where they are registered to enter into installment payment agreements for tax liabilities.
“When the Taxation Administration finds that a taxpayers have not paid in full and within the deadline the tax liabilities, it sends to their personal account in e-Filing and/or registered mail, a written notice requesting payment of tax liability in full. //a.i/
