TIRANA, March 9/ATA/- The Regulatory Commission unanimously reviewed and approved today the draft decision “On the procedures of operation and maintenance of the portal, the procedures and deadlines for the administrative investigation of denunciations and the decision taken at their conclusion”.
The decision defines the criteria and procedures for the operation and maintenance of the portal, the procedures and deadlines of the administrative investigation, as well as the conclusions that must be reached at its conclusion.
The decision describes in detail the entire procedure of the administrative investigation that will be carried out by the CEC for the denunciations, from the moment of their filing until procedure completion.
Among other things, the decision addresses confidentiality and anonymity during administrative investigation procedures and protection of personal data.//a.i/
