TIRANA, March 4 /ATA/ The Central Election Commission (CEC) representatives went today in the Northeastern city of Kukës where they demonstrated the device for electronic identification of the voters.
To introduce the functionality of the PEI, there was simulated the voting process. Voters on Election Day will show up at the Polling Station with an ID or biometric passport to identify themselves through this device.
