TIRANA, February 26/ATA/- The Regulatory Commission in the Central Election Commission (CEC) reviewed the draft decision “On the approval of the technical specifications of the ballot paper for April 25, 2021 elections.
The Regulatory Commission approved the technical specifications according to which the ballot papers must be made of paper, color, thickness or configuration elements such as not to allow the reading of the ballot on the back of it, as well as to contain security elements, according to the Normative acts of the CEC.
The ballot paper contains technical elements in the form of codes that identify the constituency, the polling station, as well as other identifying elements that cannot be seen by the naked eye (barcode).
The serial number of the ballot paper book is recorded in the document that accompanies the packaged book, according to the CEC determinations. //a.i/
