TIRANA, February 11 /ATA/- The Independent Qualification Commission confirmed today in office Elsa Miha, prosecutor in the Prosecution Office at Tirana Judicial District Court.
The Independent Qualification Commission held today a session to announce the decision for the subject of re-evaluation Miha.
After analyzing the evidence and facts, the trial panel composed of Suela Zhegu, Lulzim Hamitaj, Genta Tafa Bungo decided to confirm the acting prosecutor Elsa Miha.
Prosecutor Miha faced the vetting on February 9, 2021 focused on the three evaluation criteria: the legitimacy of the property, the ethical criterion and the professional one.
Miha graduated from the School of Magistrates in 2005 and was appointed prosecutor in the Fier Prosecutor’s Office.
In 2015, Miha was transferred to Tirana Prosecutor’s Office, where she currently continues to exercise her function./p.s./
