TIRANA, February 3 /ATA/ In quay No 5 of the Western Terminal in the port of Durrës, the unloading of the “Afina 1” ship has finished. The cargo consists of 12,171 tons of rotating sheet metal, most of which, 9630 tons are on transit to Prishtina (Kosovo), while 2542 tons were loaded on trucks and destined for Vora.
The Statistics Department reported that since the beginning of the current year, there have been other transit cargos from the country’s largest port to Kosovo.
It is reported that during last year, in the Eastern and Western Terminals were handled 148 642 tons of goods such as: sheet metal, glass, construction iron, cement, marble, coal, etc., all with Kosovo as their final destination. /k.s//a.a/r.e/p.s./
