Minister of Infrastructure and Energy Belinda Balluku said that there has already begun the laying of foundations for the construction of this hospital with the support of the Turkish government.
“In the construction site of Fier Regional Hospital, the work does not stop for a moment. Despite the heavy rains, we started laying the foundations in section B. Work, No Sleep “, said Balluku while posting in the social media of photos from the construction site in the Regional Hospital of Fier.
The hospital will be located by the highway so that to have direct and easy access for both citizens and supply.
This hospital will be an example of the health system and a center for the transfer of technology and knowledge from the Turkish health system to the Albanian health system.
After the completion of the works, the hospital will be administered by Turkish experts and doctors for a transitional period, until the transfer of competencies to the Albanian leaders, who will work side by side with the Turkish experts and later on take over all responsibility.
