TIRANA, Jan.28 /ATA/- The Democratic Party presented today the economic growth program.
The chairman of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha stated that the economic program is a product of months of hard work by the best experts.
“Doubling the per capita income is our primary objective, as it affects and improves the lives of all Albanians, of every family, every child, parent, grandfather and grandmother,” DP leader Basha said.
The first commitment of our program is providing a minimum of 110 thousand new jobs, through the improvement of the business climate, and the attraction of foreign investments.
DP is committed to increase the minimum wage to 36 thousand lek per month. The salary increase will be realized through fiscal policies to support business.
“In 8 years Rama government increased the taxes of the Albanians and impoverished them, I am committed to reduce the taxes on personal income to 9%, maintaining the existing income band of 30 thousand ALL, and also to impose the 9% profit tax on all Albanian enterprises with an annual turnover of over ALL 14 million,” Basha said.
“I am committed to reducing social security to 18%. Turnover tax of small and medium businesses will be decreased to 0.5%,” Basha added. //a.i/
