TIRANA, Jan.27 /ATA/- The Albanian Road Authority (ARA) stated on Wednesday that on some road segments it is recommended the use of chains, due to freezing temperatures there may be the presence of ice on road.
“On Dardha road, in the segments Fushë Studë-Klenjë and Krujë-Sarisalltik it is recommended to use chains in the early hours of the morning due to low temperatures,” ARA said.
According to ARA, the rain has stopped in the early hours of the morning, while the teams have cleared the road axes and scattered salt on icy parts.
“Circulation is being carried out normally on all national axes but drivers should be careful especially at night and in the early hours of the morning due to ice on the road, they must reduce speed and respect the signs,” according to ARA announcement.//a.i/
