Basha: Independent justice is unlikely under Rama-led government

TIRANA, Jan 26 /ATA/ – By I. Vata/ The DP head Lulzim Basha stated on Tuesday that PM Edi Rama promised independent justice and declared war on corruption but, according to him, it turns out the contrary is true.

Basha says that Rama has caught the justice system with no senior officials denounced or convicted so far.

“Unless we stop him today, Albania will not have the independent justice. With Edi Rama at the helm, independent justice is unlikely,” he said.

Basha adds that “instead of taking care of the people, Rama and his puppets are linked to the mafia to increase their wealth, and the price is paid by the Albanians. Stop it. That’s enough,” he says.
