TIRANA, Jan 18 /ATA/ Military Meteo Service reports that cloudy weather with clear spells is forecast in the morning. It will be mainly clear skies during the day.
There will be heavy fog in the valleys and freezing frosts on the road axes.
The wind will blow from the southeast-southwest direction at a velocity of 1-8m/sec, triggering waves of Force 2 – 3 mainly in the Ionian Sea.
