TIRANA, January 7 /ATA/ Mayor of Tirana Erion Veliaj demanded not to act with two standards regarding the reconstruction process and housing of all families that were severely affected by the November 26 earthquake.
Veliaj was today in the families of Ramazan Meme and Mariglen Balla in Farka, who entered the new, newly built houses, and from there he invited the Democratic Party to set an example by helping the process, not to hinder those who work for these families.
He added that it is the duty of the mayor to take care of the progress of the work and the reconstruction process, but according to him, this is not understood by those who until yesterday, when they had the same task, did nothing, but sleep for 4 years.
“The Central Election Commission cannot be a table of analysts, but it must make the rules clear. The fact that someone before us, when he was mayor slept, does not mean that sleep should become mandatory for everyone”, said Veliaj.z.tosku / r.e /p.s./
