TIRANA, Jan. 4/ATA/- The Albanian Energy Regulatory Entity (ERE) approved today the standard performance criteria indicators for the Transmission System Operator (TSO) for 2021.
According to the ERE decision, the average time of interruption of power supply is 35 minutes, the period of notification of planned interruptions in the transmission system is 72 hours, while the time required to respond to requests for new connections is 60 days.
The decision stipulates that the index of the average duration of interruptions will be 104 minutes, while the percentage of complaints about the quality of voltage 0%.
TSO will submit to the ERE every 3 (three) months report on the progress of the implementation of Indicators for Supply Quality Measures and Grid Security Performance for 2021. //a.i/
