TIRANA, December 30 /ATA/ Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Milva Ekonomi said today one of the first priorities she has decided upon taking up her new post is the farmers’ oil card.
In a television interview, Ekonomi said, “The oil card for all farmers from north to south, from east to west. “I will make the scheme work and this was the first priority, as I had politically defended the idea, but I have to do it from the executive point of view.”
For the Minister of Economy, the second priority is the vaccination of animals.
“We are dealing with an animal disease that disrupted those limbs. These animals need to be vaccinated by doing an epidemiological screening of the animal for tuberculosis. We have to look at all these things,” said Ekonomi./k.s/p.s./
