TIRANA, December 30 /ATA/ The refine of crude oil and export has increased significantly from 2014 to 2019, compared to the period 2008-2013.
According to data provided by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, the amount of crude oil processed in domestic refineries for the period 2014-2019 has increased by about 57%, compared to 2008-2013.
Referring to the data, the amount of oil produced in the country has increased despite the fact that during the period 2015-2019 it was characterized by the low price of crude oil in international markets.
In total, the amount of crude oil produced in the country in the period 2014-2019 is estimated at 6,574,865 tons from 5,013,538 tons that were produced in the period 2008-2013, while the amount of exported crude oil has increased by about 20% for the period 2014 -2019, compared to the period 2008-2013./j.p/p.s./
