TIRANA, December 30 /ATA/ Hospitals and Medical Emergencies will be available non-stop with reinforced teams for the holiday season.
From the University Trauma Hospital, Minister of Health and Social Protection Ogerta Manastirliu said that additional teams have been set up to deal with medical emergencies.
“We will have in the National Emergency system 100 teams, which are distributed in the field in posts to cover each emergency in time and with quality. On the other hand, all systems and structures of emergencies in hospitals but also services in hospitals will be strengthened, organizing the work with the service “on call”, i.e. doctors who will be ready, through the system of calls for any emergency that may exist in our hospitals “, announced Manastirliu.
Manastirliu said that measures have been taken to cope with possible emergencies, despite the fact that gatherings in the squares will not be allowed.
Evaluating the work of the medical teams in this difficult year, Manastirliu said that the gratitude will be crowned with the historic salary increase for the medical workers.
