TIRANA, Dec. 16/ATA/- The Albanian Cadastre Agency announced on Wednesday that the format and appearance of the ownership documents have changed.
The Cadastre Agency informed the citizens that they should not worry if the cadastral map fragment, the real estate records or the property registration certificate will change their appearance.
The decision of the Council of Ministers “On the approval of the models of cadastral acts and data in the cadastral map”, has changed the models of these documents, but also others issued by the State Cadastre Agency.
The new real estate records aims tomake the most accurate and complete presentation of cadastral data, referring to the technical-legal documentation defined in the Law ”On Finalisation of Transitional Ownership Processes”. //a.i/
