TIRANA, December 13 /ATA/ Doctor Tritan Kalo posted today in the social media the photos of 24 doctors who could not win the battle in facing the challenge of the century, the COVID-19 virus.
“24 stars that will be missing from the string of stars of Albanian doctors, who worked and sacrificed a whole life to protect and save the lives of others”, said Kalo.
To honor the sacrifice of the medical workers who lost their lives, Kalo said that the only way is for everyone to be aware of and respect the antiCovid measures.
Kalo said that he was honored and very proud that he had known most of them personally, while issuing a strong call for the citizens to implement measures in their honor so that to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
According to Kalo, the masks, covering the nose and mouth, physical distancing when and where possible and personal and collective hygiene, are the trinomial of measures that currently remain the most effective in this confrontation with the “invisible enemy”./p.s./
