Speaking about these investments, Justice Minister Etilda Gjonaj said that, “We have achieved positive results in terms of monitoring, organization and internal functioning.”
“The modern means have significantly improved control over security elements, prohibited items, living conditions, services, correct disclosure of events, implementation of daily schedule, the activity of police officers, the readiness of the staff and a series of verifications in accordance with all the rights that legally belong to those who are serving their sentences “, – said Gjonaj.
