TIRANA, Nov 20 /ATA/ The State Police announced that the operation “Force of Law” works uninterruptedly pursuant to the tasks set out in the Normative Act dated 31 January 2020.
In accordance with the Special Law on Property Measures against Individuals Convicted or Accused of Organized Crime or Serious Crimes, OFL has sent written requests for self-declaration of assets’ origin to citizens: B. Th., resident in Tirana, convicted of armed robbery, committed in complicity, E. C., resident in Tirana, convicted in Finland of armed robbery.
These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be referred to SPAK for further action.
