TIRANA, November 10/ATA/ Minister of State for Reconstruction Arben Ahmetaj stated today that about 1 thousand individual houses will finish building within the current year.
During the discussion of the budget for Reconstruction and the progress of the process at the Parliamentary Committee on Economy and Finance, the minister said that the government reacted immediately and that every day the work continues intensively with maximum responsibility so that no citizen is neglected.
The minister said that the government has supported the Reconstruction process with a fund of 34 billion Lek this year, of which 32 billion Lek have already been allocated in 4 process programs.
“10 billion Lek have been allocated for construction of houses, 7.4 billion Lek have been allocated for the construction of educational facilities, 9.8 billion Lek have been allocated for grants for residents, while 2.4 billion Lek have been allocated for public infrastructure,” said the minister.
According to him, there are about 500 houses in the area of Shijak, Durrës and Manza and 400 houses in Tirana that will finish building within this year./a.gjonaj//a.a/p.s./
