TIRANA, Nov 9 /ATA/ Clear skies with overcast spells particularly in the mountains is forecast for Monday, according to Military Meteo Service.
Mist/fog will prevail along the valleys early in the morning.
The wind will blow from the northeast-northwest direction at a velocity of 1-5m/sec, which from time to time will intensify up to 10m/sec. Sea gale will trigger waves of Force 1.
