TIRANA, Nov.5/ATA/-In context of implementation of the special law on wealth measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, the Operation Force of Law (OFL) sent written requests for self-declaration of wealth resources to 8 citizens involved in criminal activities.
The requests were sent to the citizens; A. D. (Rr.), resident in Fier, convicted of the criminal offense “Narcotics Trafficking”;
S. D., resident in Fier, convicted of the criminal offense “Narcotics Trafficking”;
M. A., resident in Fier, convicted of the criminal offense “Narcotics Trafficking”;
Ll. D., resident in Vlora, convicted of the criminal offense “Murder in other qualifying circumstances”, remaining attempted;
AA, resident in Gjirokastra, convicted of the criminal offenses “Criminal organization”, “Committing criminal offenses by a criminal organization and structured criminal group”, “Murder of State Police employees”, committed in collaboration and “Murder of employees” of the State Police ”, committed in cooperation, remaining in attempted”, in five cases;
Sh. K., resident in Elbasan, convicted of the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder”
M. B., resident in Dibra, convicted of the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder”;
S. S., resident in Dibra, convicted of the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder”.
These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action.
OFL is carrying out complex actions to impose emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as to send self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law. //a.i/
