TIRANA, October 28 /ATA / Head of the Parliamentary group of the Socialist Party Taulant Balla stated today that the Venice Commission rejected the urgent procedure requested by President Ilir Meta for changes in the Code and the majority will vote in the Assembly.
During a communication with journalists at the Albanian Parliament, Balla said that no minute should be lost for the electoral code and the rules will be observed.
“Venice Commission has rejected the request for an urgent opinion, but has put it in a normal procedure and this is very significant for those who understand the communication and interaction with Venice”, – said Balla./a.a/p.s./
