TIRANA, October 25/ATA/ Universities will open their doors to receive students beginning from November 2, while measures have been taken for dormitories in order to strictly respect the antiCOVID protocol and ensure the health of students.
In the context of the pandemic situation, Director of the University Student Residence no. 2, Zhanina Dapi told the Albanian Telegraphic Agency that the dormitories are ready to receive students, fulfilling exactly the protocol set by the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education, creating opportunities and comfort for students.
According to her, there have been determined the relevant persons who will measure the temperature of the student at the entrance of the building, whenever they choose to enter or leave the student residence.
“We have a service staff that takes care of the daily hygiene of the buildings, the sanitary staff is available to the students all day long”, explained Dapi.
“The first thing we did was to limit the number of students more than the defined capacity. In the rooms that have a capacity of two, no more than two students stay, which also happens with the rooms with a capacity of 3 people ”, said Dapi for ATA.
“Inside the premises there are mini-apartments while a toilet with showers is common for two rooms. The students have in every floor a shared kitchen area. The laundry section is also a service offered to students for a minimal service charge. Other parts that are common for students are study halls, sports fields, green outdoor residence where students stay especially during study periods or exams time,” said Dapi.
