TIRANA, October 23 /ATA/ Mayor of Tirana Erion Veliaj stated in the meeting held at the Assembly of the Socialist Party in Unit 3 that the bill that Lulzim Basha left to the Albanian citizens for cleaning of waste was 30% more expensive than it is done today.
“The bill left to us by Basha was 30% higher and 30 or so millions that had to be paid since the very beginning for the waste. Today, we have it 30% cheaper. It has been done better, it has been done faster and they cry over the plight of Tirana “, said Veliaj, adding that in fact they do not worry about solving the problems of the citizens.
“If a job can be done 30% cheaper, what do they have to worry about? They have the problem of missing profit”, said Veliaj. The mayor added that Basha’s only concern in the history of garbage is the disruption of bargains from which he would benefit himself./r.e/p.s./
