TIRANA, Oct 23 /ATA/ The fund made available for landowners’ compensation during 2021 is projected at ALL 3 billion from 1.9 billion in 2013.
According to the planning in next year’s budget, which has been submitted to parliament for discussion, this fund is 0.2% of Gross Domestic Product.
Compensation in value of owners is paid in support of the reform undertaken by the government for the treatment of former landowners, which includes compensation in value within the 10-year period, provided in the law “On the treatment of property and completion of the compensation process. ”
