TIRANA, Oct. 20 /ATA/- The 2021 draft budget guarantees financial support for the continuation of the reforms launched in key sectors of the economy.
The main pillars of improving the lives of citizens will be justice reform, which will receive significant budget support, along with public administration reform and public finance management reform.
“The three reforms will be important instruments for the realization of the priorities of the Government program,” the draft budget report says.
Meanwhile, decentralization and strengthening of local government continues to be one of the priorities of the government and the reforms undertaken so far are expected to have the greatest impact on the organization of local public administration in order to increase the quality of public service delivery at a local level. //a.i/
