TIRANA, October 19/ATA/ – The Assembly announced today the names of three candidates who have expressed interest in the vacant position in the Constitutional Court.
They are Altin Binaj, Ardita Buna Alsula and Ilir Haznedari.
On September 24, the Assembly reopened the application procedures for a vacancy for a member of the Constitutional Court, in order to fill the “early vacancy” created due to the expiration of the legal term of Fatos Lulo.
After the re-announcement by the Assembly of Albania, on 24.9.2020, of the opening of the application procedures for the vacant position for 1 (one) member of the Constitutional Court, in order to fill the “early vacancy” created due to the expiration of the term in office of Fatos Lulo, three candidates have submitted the request for expression of interest, as well as the relevant documentation, the candidates Altin Binaj, Ardita Buna Alsula and Ilir Haznedari “, announced today the Assembly. /j.p/p.s./
