TIRANA, Oct. 16/ATA/- The chairman of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha stated on Firday in a statement to the media that, the incinerators are a mafia scheme of extorting public money.
In his remarks, the DP chairman Basha emphasized that, a fund of 75 million euros have been made available for incinerators that do not work and that 17 government decisions have been taken within a single day.
“How is it possible that companies have been given tens of millions of euros having no experience in the market? Basha asked.
DP chairman Basha added that, there have been made available 430 million euros from the state and 130 million euros from the electricity sales for the Tirana incinerator.
SPAK should investigate and find out who is hidden behind the incinerators,” Basha stressed. //a.i/
