TIRANA, Oct. 5 /ATA/- The British Ambassador in Tirana, Duncan Norman has reacted on Monday through a statement to the changes to the Electoral Code adopted today by the Albanian Parliament.
“The 5 June agreement was an important step forward made through dialogue and negotiation,” British Ambassador said.
“We regret that today’s changes to the Electoral Code have been made without the agreement of the Political Council and without exhausting efforts to find consensus,” he added. //a.i/
