TIRANA, October 1/ATA/ In the framework of the implementation of the Special Law on wealth measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, Operation Force of Law (OFL) sent today written requests for self-declaration of assets to 3 citizens of Dibra, convicted of serious criminal offenses.
OFL explained that the citizens are: B. U., resident in Dibra, convicted of the criminal offense “Attempted premeditated murder”; K. B., resident in Dibra, convicted of the criminal offense “Attempted premeditated murder”, committed in collaboration; H. T., resident in Dibra, convicted of the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder”.
These individuals, as the subject of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to the SPAK, for further action./p.s./
