TIRANA, September 14 /ATA/- The Independent Qualification Commission held today a hearing session for the subject of re-evaluation Alket Mersini, prosecutor at Tirana Prosecutor’s Office.
Prosecutor Mersini faced the trial panel on questions like legitimacy of his wealth and the ethical and professional criteria.
After examining the evidence, facts and allegations, the Trial Panel composed of Etleda Çiftja, Xhensila Pine, Pamela Qirko, decided to hold another hearing session to announce the decision on 16 September.
Alket Mersini started his career in the justice system in 1999 and for two decades worked as a prosecutor in the Prosecution Office of Durrës and Tirana. /j.p/p.s./
