TIRANA, September 3 /ATA/ Following advice of the prime minister to the heads of the Directorates and Offices of Pre-University Education, Minister Besa Shahini continued meetings with them regarding the measures taken for the start of the new school year 2020-2021.
In the video posted after a meeting, Minister Shahini said that there is already done a reorganization of the curriculum so that the first two weeks of the beginning of the new school year focus on repetition for all students who have learned at home during the spring of this year, but who probably do not yet feel fully confident that they have absorbed their lessons in the same way as if they were in the school.
In parallel with preparation for the opening of schools, Shahini underlined that, “We have done all the platform for online learning and organizing work for home teaching”, while underlining the fact that this will help especially in areas where schools cannot work full time for all pupils and students and have to do combined teaching, spend part of the time in school, and part of the subjects or a few days teaching at home.
While emphasizing that throughout the summer the teachers have shot the lessons for the dedicated TV channel “RTSH Shkolla”, Minister Shahini also underlined that we already have a unique platform, where we have all the videos and the teacher can stay in touch with the student, who has to work at home ”./e.xh a.a // // r.e /p.s./
