TIRANA, August 23/ATA/ Prime Minister Edi Rama congratulated today painter Lumturi Blloshmi on the 76th anniversary of her birth while emphasizing that, “I wish that all children with special abilities, have the perseverance, strength and courage to fly high.”
” Lumturi was born deaf and her speech was like that of a bird, where words could hardly be separated from the strong sounds of the desire for communication”, – said PM Rama.
PM Rama said further on that, “I have a long, long time without seeing that impressive woman, with pronounced features, who looked like she came out of a painting by Egon Schiele, but wishing her a happy birthday today, I wish with all my heart that all children with special abilities have the perseverance, her strength and courage to fly high.
