TIRANA, Aug 21 /ATA/ Operation Force of Law, in accordance with the Special Law on Property Measures against Individuals Convicted or Accused of Organized Crime or Serious Crimes, has sent the written requests for self-declaration of assets’ origin to 5 citizens in Tropoja.
The request for self-declaration of the assets’ origin was sent to the citizen D. J., resident in Tropoja, convicted of “Kidnapping or holding a person to ransom”; citizen G. H., resident in Tropoja, convicted of the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder”; citizen K. H., resident in Tropoja, convicted of the criminal offense “Production and trafficking of narcotics.”
Also, OFL has sent a written request for self-declaration of assets’ origin to the citizen ML, resident in Tropoja, convicted of “Cultivation of narcotic plants” and the citizen MN, resident in Tropoja, convicted of armed robbery.
These individuals, as the subject of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be referred to the SPAK for further action.
