TIRANA, Aug 21 /ATA/ An App developed by USAID will allow the public to access case data through kiosks or info-points installed in courts.
“Justice for All” project (JFA) continues to find creative ways to enhance customer service in Albania’s courts, streamline the workload of court administration staff, and optimize access to information. Building on our earlier support to modernize the justice sector, JFA is working to expand use of an App that facilitates public access to court records through user-friendly kiosks, or Info-points, which allow the public to access case data such as the name of an assigned judge, specific trial or hearing dates, and the full court calendar of hearings for all cases. Last month, info-points were installed in 9 District Courts, to be expanded soon into the Administrative, Appeal and High Courts.
