TIRANA, Aug 5 /ATA/ – Albanian government has allocated an additional fund of 3 billion lek or $30 million to support development programmes under the normative act for the revision of the 2020 state budget.
Providing additional funds to the Albanian Development Fund will help the agency to advance a series of development projects with significant impact on the social and economic development of various regions of the country, softening the blow of the natural disasters like the Nov 26 earthquake, but also as an additional opportunity for many important projects launched by the government of Albania to support development of the country’s economy.
Albanian Development Fund is currently implementing a wide range of projects mainly on the country’s infrastructure, by building new national roads, rural and access roads and urban development of various districts.
The development programmes also include the country’s rural areas.
