TIRANA, July 17/ATA/- Operation Force of Law (OFL), on Friday, sent the self-declaration form to four persons in Shkodra and Malësi e Madhe, convicted of various criminal offenses.
According to the OFL report, in the framework of implementation of the Special Law on wealth measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, OFL sent written requests for self-declaration of sources of wealth, to citizens: FM, resident in Malësi e Madhe, convicted of the criminal offenses “Narcotics Trafficking” and “Criminal Organizations”; D., resident in Shkodra, convicted of the criminal offense “Intentional Murder”, committed in collaboration, attempted; M. R., resident in Velipoja, Shkodra, convicted in Italy, for the criminal offense “Theft committed in aggravating circumstances”; G. V., resident in Shkodra, convicted of the criminal offenses “Structured criminal group”, “Coercion through intimidation or violence for giving property” and “Committing criminal offenses by a criminal organization or structured criminal group”.
These individuals, being subject of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to the SPAK, for further action./a.a/p.s./
