TIRANA, July 16 /ATA/- Operation Force of Law (OFL) has continued with its wealth investigation process, sending the property self-declaration form to three convicts in Vlora.
OFL reported that, in the framework of implementation of the Special Law on Wealth Measures against Individuals Convicted or Accused of Organized Crime or Serious Crimes, OFL has launched written requests for self-declaration of sources of wealth, to citizens: RO, resident in Vlora , convicted of the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder”, remaining attempted; B., resident in Vlora, convicted of the criminal offenses “Production and sale of narcotics” and “Structured criminal group”; A. B., resident in Vlora, convicted of the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”;
These individuals, being subject of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to the SPAK, for further action. /a.g/p.s./
