TIRANA, July 1/ATA/In context of implementation of the special law on wealth measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, the Operation Force of Law (OFL) sent written requests for self-declaration of wealth resources to 4 citizens involved in criminal activities, as well as who have been previously convicted.
The request was sent to the citizens; H. A., resident in Fushë Krujë, convicted of the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics, committed in collaboration”;
M. K., resident in Kruja, under investigation of the criminal offense “Cultivation of narcotic plants”.
A. H., resident in Fier, convicted by the Kruja Judicial District Court of the criminal offenses “Premeditated Murder” and “Illegal Possession of Weapons”;
A. B., resident in Kruja, convicted of the criminal offense of “Premeditated Murder”.
“These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action,” OFL said.
OFL is carrying out complex actions to impose emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as to send self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law. //a.i/
