TIRANA, June 26/ATA/In context of implementation of the special law on wealth measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, the Operation Force of Law (OFL) sent written requests for self-declaration of wealth resources to 3 citizens involved in criminal activities as well as who have been previously convicted.
The request was sent to the citizen, M. M., resident in Tirana, after the Tirana Judicial District (First Instance) Court imposed the security measure “Arrest in prison”, for the criminal offense “Premeditated murder”;
I.D., resident in Tirana, convicted by the Tirana Judicial District (First Instance) Court of the criminal offense “Violence in robbery, committed in collaboration”;
E. D., resident in Tirana, convicted by the Tirana Judicial District (First Instance) Court of the criminal offense ” “Going equipped with offensive weapon for theft, committed in collaboration”.
“These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action,” OFL said.
OFL is carrying out complex actions to impose emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as to send self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law. //a.i/
